At the Farm

Again, a late post...

I had uploaded these pictures from a trip we took out to Gram's Farm back in August of 2011, right before school started.

Dan had purchased a Go-Cart, and it was the best thing the grand kids could ask for... and perhaps the adults too ;)  My poor boys got stuck wearing the pink kid helmet, but they didn't complain much.  Here are pictures of Matt and Josh going for a ride with Alex, who preferred to speed up over bumps!

And while we waited turns on the Go-Cart, we went fishing :D
The pond was so low and muddy, and the kids were disappointed that we didn't catch anything.  I think a few cat fish nibbled our worms, and we almost reeled them in... but in the end they won, and swam away.

Then we went back to the house when it got too hot, and had a blast playing card games and Apples to Apples.

No really, he is usually good about helping out, but I was taking pictures and he made some smart comment about me posting it and saying what a shock it was the he would be sweeping... so now I have!

One last good bye to the kids favorite toy.

No really, this was the one and only time the kids ever got to play on the Go-Cart.
Dan locked it away in his storage shed at the Lake House, and 2 weeks later some jerk cut the lock and stole it!!       :(
