I did a simple Pumpkin Patch with Ben this year, and he loved it just as much as the bigger ones.
We went to a tree farm just down the street from my house. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and didn't mind the kids running through the maze over and over again :)
We went with Benjamin's best friend H. They had such a good time! This place had great pumpkins, a couple of bounce houses, and beautiful flowers :D Defiantly worth doing again!
