A whole day to celebrate motherhood, how awesome!
Alex brought me some very pretty flowers:
Today we had both of our Moms, and Alex's sister (and families) over for a MD BBQ :)
Alex is EXCELLENT with the grill, and all us Moms got fantastic stakes. He made us all sit down with our food while he took care of getting 5 kids their food, and refills, and drinks, and more refills! HA HA
It was great to sit around and just visit, without worrying what my kids were getting into. My only disappointment is that we didn't get to play our games! We had talked about doing Killer Bunnies, and Mom and Dad brought over The Mexican Train game.
Maybe we should start a game night..........

Happy Mother's Day!!!! You are a wonderful mom and it's great fun living near you and getting to see your family all the time. We had fun having Josh over- hope he's not too grumpy today since he woke up at 7:30 this morning after going to bed at 1. We are a bad influence on him apparently! (What kind of grandparents are we anyway? LOL) Can't wait to see you later. Hope you have a great day!
Happy Mother's Day! So sorry about the headcold. It does leave a fog and make it difficult to get anything else done! I've been there. Actually, I've been there without the cold! It is always awesome to see you! :)
