Boating in July

My parents have come to Texas twice in the month of July, the first week I was actually going to travel to their house, but last minute they decided to come here. Partly because of all the remodeling they were currently doing at their house, including putting grass seed down-which would be impractical to keep kids from running on- and partly because they wanted to come enjoy the boat that they half own! LOL big surprise :)
Very unfortunately that week they were here, IT RAINED the whole time! It was unreal! After having temperatures in the 90s since May, and the two weeks prior to their visit we were experiencing record heat in the 100s, go figure!

The second trip they made was all in the name of the job that made them move from Dallas in the first place. Dad's job wanted to consolidate the employees to make trainings more cost effective, so Dad moved from Dallas to Rio Rancho. A year latter, he has a training in Dallas. Oh the irony!
This time they stayed in a hotel in Las Colinas, curtsy of the company, and we only visited with them a few times. The first Saturday they were here they asked to go out with some guys from the training at work on the boat in the morning, and then we would go out in the afternoon. They brought their camera with them and took some fun pictures in the morning, and when we went to switch out we miss communicated and they took the camera with them. We regretted it almost immediately as there were so many times that we wished we could take a picture.

So these are my wonderful cell phone pictures yet again. It actually looks quite amusing to see the way it can not keep up with motion photography :) The boys look a little stretched out- but this is what they love to do the most, jumping off the boat and swimming!
